Part development through APQP – Advanced Product Quality Planning.
Facilitate Design and Manufacturing Reviews and Engineering signoff.
4M changes and Localization of Projects by Sourcing / New Vendor Development.
ECN (Engineering Change Note) implementation.
Preparation of PPAP/ ISAR documents and responsible for customer PSW Sign-off.
Development and Implementation of Quality Plan, PFMEA, Control plan, SPC and MSA study to assure Quality of products manufactured.
Drawing study and Inspection of parts with Quality inspection equipment’s knowledge.
Support the implementation of ISO/TS 16949 Quality Management systems.
Contribute in Customers MSA, PPAP and VDA &VSA Audits.
Analysis of Product failure’s, casting and machining defects – 8D.
Root cause analysis through systematic approach (7 QC tools).
Implement & Verify effectiveness of EPC, CAPA, Kaizen & POKA-YOKE.
Launch of Project on its SOP facilitating Manufacturing, Quality and Customer requirements.
