These services included setting up SMB/FTP/SMTP network connections for scanning documents to intended destinations, installation of various print drivers, performing remote machine calibrations, create and assign profile roles with ActiveDirectory (when necessary) and provide limited router support (creating DHCP reservations and augment firewall services) via use of remote access software (Go to Assist and TeamViewer).
