(Grade 8) o This placement was heavily structured around observing a functioning reading workshop setting in the classroom and how students and teachers operate throughout.
● Kennett High School: Student Teaching (Grades 9-12) o This placement provided the opportunities to teach and work directly with classes ranging from remedial groups comprised entirely of students with IEP’s and/or ESL services, to classes that are designated advanced (honors). o Every day activities and procedures included planning and co-planning lessons/units, creating, assigning, and grading homework, participating in grading procedures, conducting student reading/writing conferences, heading discussions, and more.
