Our primary function is to service and strengthen our distributors and representatives. As a Manager of Asia operations, I acted as liaison between ARC and our valued suppliers in all area of production, sourcing, quality, logistics, certification, (UL, ETL, CE, energy star, DLC) price negotiation and product development.

Manage Project tasks from Road Map, Gap analysis, product packaging design, Product launch, lifecycle from concept to customer shipment and using Microsoft Project (Gantt Chart) and ERP system as tools.

As project leader to managing the cross functional team including (LEAN, SIOP, Six Sigma) to design the New Product Introduction (NPI) to production process, this process covers regulatory and safety functions.

Point of contact for all event related transportation logistics needs and issues from suppliers or custom. Directly contact Transportation/Logistic Manager and freight forwarder to work with schedule to meet deliverable

Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to identify opportunities to expand lighting’s product offerings.

Provide leadership and guidance on product priorities and strategic goals, such as road maps for product lines and categories.

Hands –on experience with product planning, scheduling, land lunch, partner with leaders to clearly highlights readiness risks / issues and to provide issue resolution.

Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, demand planning, and inventory management teams to execute projects while meeting cost, performance, and schedule goals.

Coordinate with sales, marketing and procurement to guide the product launch, pricing, and inventory management strategy.

Product ownership and manage entire life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.

Analyze existing technologies, new technologies, market developments, and competition to identify product marketing opportunities.

Identify continuous improvement opportunities for product management processes.

Lead global meetings to discuss large rollouts with technology, Sourcing and Supply Planning to align on product readiness and launch dates.

Take an active role in all milestone reviews; provide overall program timelines and business launch schedule.

Responsible for EHS requirements across Asia Pacific factories and laboratories multi-sites. Interface with OSHA and ISO14001 other government agencies.

Oversaw wide variety of global quality operations and activities of 250 engineers across all major design centers and more than 15 cross functional teams as well as many global support teams including R&D, ISC, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, ISO9001, ISO 17025, CCC, FCC, FM and UL.

Designed, built, and certify to ISO 17025 the multi-million dollars (USD) qualification laboratory, certification centers, in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Nanjing, Chonan Korea and customer service repair centers in Shenzhen and Hong Kong.

Present the AOP and STRAP at the annual sales meeting in the United States to ensure supporting the double digit business growth.

Partner with France General Electric Medical System for Mammography machine for support regulatory compliance with FCC, FDA, UL etc.

Systems definition, analysis, and integration for military cockpit Avionics, fire control systems, boresight alignment fixture and mission systems.

Managed within budget and on schedule all activities of various aerospace programs (300 Million dollars’ program).

Prepare and present executive level presentations to senior executives and military customers.
