1.This position is a mixture of business and private support. This is an extremely busy family who travelled a lot and needed someone who always makes a difference to their life’s by keeping two steps ahead of them.

2.Daily communication with principals to keep up-today with necessary & last minute requirements as well as weekly & monthly reports to keep principals updated.

3.Managing stock and maintaining up-to-date inventories of wine & beverages, food and cleaning and gardening materials for all household staff.

4.Shopping for food, supplies and other requested items whilst building a rapport with local organic suppliers.
