Making sure that all stationery have been requested from Stores when a job have been booked in

Follow-up during and after printing and alerting the relevant parties to any problems.

Starting a status form at the start of the job, detailing all the work that is undertaken by the various departments. Making sure that everything we have done for the client is accurately billed

Sending an End of Job update to client at the end of the run. The End of Job status form should detail all the work done e.g Letter Setups, data manipulations, authors changes, finishing, Stationery and Envelopes stock counts, collection and delivery charges.

Supply mailhouse with logs or counts for mailing purposes

Confirm with the mailhouse if they were briefed by Sales person on new jobs., if not arrange with Sales to brief mail house

Brief the mailhouse on any NEW instructions for EXISTING jobs.

Follow-up with Sales on PAMMS expiration dates and renewals.

Assist sales by making sure that Laser Requirements on EXISTING jobs is still the same, if not make sure that the latest requirement form have been supplied by the Sales person and given through to the relevant departments.
