The main objective of this report is to study how organization takes their decision. To know whether decision taking by organization satisfies the workers needs. The final conclusion is that all the important decisions are taken by top management only in the organization. And most of the executives are not satisfied with whatever decision taken by organization.

Recommendation

All the decision taken by management should be very quick with the involvement of junior manager and workers.

Decision involving team will yield good result in organization.
