Freight claims –
Logistics takes charges to deliver single item, so we pay for single item. If logistics damages some items so we need to claim for that items.

We need to take confirmation from store that they have received invoice items or not (emails). If not, then we need to do chargeback or shortages

If we have received any of invoice items or substitute so we need to force match(pay) the amount what we have received
