Experienced and skilled Stationary Engineer with extensive working knowledge in the safe and efficient operations, shutsdown and repair of steam boiler plants supplying either saturated or superheated steam as per ASME Code requirements. Safety Controls augment these boilers operating pressure/temperature parameters for efficient and safe and reliable operations. These boilers can also be used to supply steam or hot water for cooling/heating applications in a absorption machines. These steam boiler components and their auxiliaries, incorporates provisions for raw water softeners/filters,water treatment chemicals(for tube corrosion preventions), economizers,daerators, condensate feed water systems/feed pumps, cooling condensers,and other balance of equipments as required for these boiler installations. Communication protocols for Modbus or ASHRAE BacNet and other Building Automation Systems is included in these boilers system as an option.

Primary function as boiler maintenance stationary engineer handling the daily operation of the laundry/linen processing plant shall consist of the following:
Starts,operates,maintain and shutsdown as per schedules, two C. Brooks firetube gas fired boilers (150 psi,400HP,3phase 460vac, one duty and one standby), including its power and control wirings supplying saturated steam to equipments in the production department.
Starts,operates,maintain,repairs,and shutsdown as per schedule, its various treated water plant,compressed air plant, water softener treatment plant, exhaust/ventilation fans, tunnel washers,dryers, ironers/folders, stackers,and other machineries/equipments to support laundry processing plant operations.
Maintains and ensure boiler water quality(pH,conductivity,tds,alkalinity,hardness,concentration) and treatment are good to avoid boiler tube corrosion problems and assuring continuous operation and productivity.(Alkalinity as per P and M indicators used in titration).
Monitors closely boilers pressure conditions to determine actual equipment operating conditions required.
Ensure boilers are properly gas- purged and vented,and emission properly monitored, for smooth operational function and operability.
Proper blowdown at the end of every shift should be done to protect the boiler tubes from inherent corrosion problems.
Attends to various plant machine maintenance and service calls of the production department.
Ensures all safety codes(LogOut and TagOut) and company policies are followed always in the daily operation of the laundry service processing plant.
Coordinates job schedules and work orders as needed to ensure continuous operations of the facility.
Attends meeting to further discussed plan of actions and enhance operation capability.
Handles other functions as maybe further assigned by Chief Engineer.
A complete record and logs of all operations,maintenance and shutsdown activities per every shift shall be maintained at all times to maximized equipment operability and capability.
