MANAGEMENT

·Have supervised as few as two employees and as many as several hundred. Part of the management for an Iowa state run casino as surveillance operator/employee auditor. Have held the positon of Assistant Manager at several hospitality establishments. Currently a Sleep center manager of a 2-bed sleep center at Alliance Health Woodward Hospital.

COMMUNICATION

·Currently educate local doctors’ offices on advancement in sleep medicine. Operate several health fair booths with the VP of Great Plains Sleep Specialist educating the public on risk factors of Sleep Apnea

LEADERSHIP

·Currently hold the position of Sleep Center Manager and have successful trained 2 employees to the level of CPSGT. In the first year as Sleep Center Manager our team saw an increase of 20% growth in patient and a rating of 98% patient satisfaction of service. On average our sleep center sees about 10% children ages 5-17 and 90% adult ages 18-95. Helped the Alliance Health Woodward hospital and Great Plains Sleep Specialist through Joint Commission Accreditation in second year of Management over sleep center in 2017.

·Supervise staff, final score all polysomnography, pap -titration study or unattended home study, send final reports to Sleep Specialist for final interoperation, education of doctors’ offices on sleep apnea advancement. Help Contract holding hospital complete Joint Commission Accreditation 10/2017. Work with patient from age 6 to 99 years of age. Completed CPSGT and RPSGT in this time frame.
