Summary
I believe my work history shows I can quickly learn a variety of skills. I don’t feel any of my past jobs have been unfulfilling or without reason, and I have met people who I still keep in touch with years later. I am eager to learn new skills and enjoy new challenges.
Work Experience:
Lukjan 2018 - 2020
Responsibilities Production plant for metal ductwork. Many tasks such as folding, rounding, riveting and ta-locking pieces of metal.
2013-present: selling crochet items on etsy and locally. Creating items, listing items, taking orders, (including custom), advertising, customer service, shipping. I have a connected Facebook business page with over 500 likes.
2013 - 2018 odd jobs including dog walking and helping neighbors
2013: Doggie daycare attendant helping a friend of a relative before they shut down.
2011 - 2012: Helped my Mom care for my Dad, who was sick and passed in late 2012. I
also helped a cousin with work related to renting out his properties; cleaning and repainting.
2007-2011 Doggie Daycare Attendant
Doggie Pause. Supervision and management of large groups of dogs (15 + at times)
• Training for dogs enrolled in the puppy program
• Some customer service. During boarding checking in of dogs, handling credit card or check transactions. Checking out dogs, letting clients know how they did, addressing questions/concerns, etc. I became very
attached to many of the dogs here and still miss them.

Very interesting work from home job where I
took calls from customers. Mother's Day 2005 I took calls from 1-800 Flowers. The rest of the time I took calls from Viking (Office Depot) for office supplies.
• Answering questions about products - also product recommendations and upsells.
• Entering data including order and credit card information.

Customer Service Clerk - Bagging groceries, collecting carts, helping customers, carry outs. Also worked as a cashier when store was busy.
Bakery Clerk - Waiting on customers, slicing bread, writing on cakes, taking cake and special orders, etc.
Cake Decorator - Taking cake orders, decorating cakes/pastries for the case, writing on cakes.
Received 3 100% secret shoppers between these three departments.
Education:
Some college; I would love to go back and complete my goal of getting a degree in graphic design.
AWAI training for copywriting. I've taken Jay White's email copy course, and Nick Osborne's course in social media marketing. I would love to break into freelance writing; copywriter,
content writer, creative writing, etc.
