Penta Square 12MW (generating total 12MW power using Caterpillar D3516B 2MW*6 generator set) My Role Includes:

MCC (Motor Control Centre) panel designing for 250kw load with SLD & schematic drawings and installation on site for (Jacket water heater, Space heater, Battery charger, Sync panel and Auto fuel filling panel) for CAT engines D3516B.

Control cabling of Auto Fuel Filling panel which includes cables size selection and termination for all 6 generator sets.

Control cabling and termination of MCC panel to caterpillar engine (jacket water heater, space heater, battery charger)

Control cabling of Sync panel for all 6 caterpillar D3516B engines from Sync panel to MV Switchgears and EMCP 4.2.

Cable tray design and installation for control wiring of MCC panel, Auto fuel filling panel and Sync panel.

Submission of IR’s, MTC (Material test certificate), RFI’s (Request for information), schematic and SLD of MCC panel. AFF panel, Sync panel etc.

Project:

200kw Perkins’s engine controlling using DSE 6020MKII My Role Includes:

Installation of Deep See Electronics modules DSE 6020 MKII for 200kw Perkins engine.

Configuration of all analogue and digital input and output for sensors etc.

Oil pressure sensor (VDO 10 Bar).

Temperature Sensor (VDO 120’C).

Charging alternator, Fuel pump, Stating motor configuration with DSE module.

CT 400A/5A rating installation on generator side.
