Gas Processing Division is engaged in the extraction of Natural Gas Liquids (NGL) from associated and natural gas. With a process capability of 5,500 million standard cubic feet of feed gas (MMSCFD) per day and producing 285,000 barrels of condensate, 4,500 tons of Sulphur and 73,000 tons of NGL per day, ADNOC-Gas Processing is currently one of the largest gas processing companies in the world. Ruwais plant, which can process 73,000 tons per day of NGL, has four parallel fractionation trains, SRU, Power generation, storage facilities and three loading jetties to export commercial products.

Key Responsibilities: Leading Team of 30 persons in Electrical Maintenance & Engineering Section. Responsible for smooth functioning of Electrical System, Plan, direct, supervise and coordinate Maintenance activities, Troubleshooting & Condition Monitoring of Critical Electrical Equipment like Power Generators, Transformers, Protection Relays, High Voltage switchboards, UPS and SCADA etc. Perform High Voltage switching activities. Providing technical support to Area Maintenance Team. Monitoring and maintaining Maintenance KPI and department strategic objectives. Initiate, coordinate & communicate with service provider/ vendors for the outsource activities through Contracts & Service Work Orders (SWO). Provide input for preparation of department budgets, and assist in the implementation of the approved budget and work plans to deliver section objectives. Construction, Pre commissioning, Commissioning and Start-up of the new NGL Fractionation Plant of capacity 24000 Tons per day of NGL for Train-3 and 28000 Tons per day of NGL for Train-4.

Project involves NGL Plant, Utility, Storage Tanks and Treatment and Sulfur recovery units.

Protection Coordination Study of Entire Plant (2015): Prepare scope of work and FEED documents for Protection coordination study of entire Plant, Review and approval of documents, Implementation of recommendations.

Replacement of MV and LV Switchboards: Replacement of 15 Nos. 11kV, 3.3kV and 415V aged Switchboards with New Switchboards without affecting Plant Production.

Closed and Detailed Inspection of ‘Ex’ Equipment (2015-2016): Prepare scope of work and methodology for ‘Ex’ equipment Inspection and coordinate with TPI for inspection and maintaining ‘Ex’ register.

Replacement of Underground Sacrificial Anodes-160 Nos. (2015-2016): Replacement of 160 Nos. CP Sacrificial Anodes carried out by Contract.
