BACKGROUND

Professional Experience

I have an extensive experience of almost 32 years regarding General Management, Production Management, Project Management, Procurement Management, particularly with respect to Process and Production facility designing, planning and control, Purchase and Selections, Installation, Operation, Repair & Maintenance of Pharmaceutical plants, Chemical Industrial plants, Beverage plants, Hotel equipment and machinery particularly with reference to HVAC, Cold Rooms, Laundry and Kitchen and Hi-tech Machinery, Laboratory Equipments and Instruments, Workshop tools & equipments, Raw Materials and almost all sorts of goods and commodities. I have spent 32 years in Various National and International organization at various positions which include as Production Manager, as Chief Engineer,as Division Head, as QA Engineer, as Procurement Manager and at various other senior positions. I have also served for four years with the United States Agency for International Development Mission to Pakistan, Islamabad as Project Manager for Tetanus vaccine production facility designing and five years as Procurement Assurance Manager. Further, four years with WHO as Project Coordinator and almost twenty four years as Consultant for various Hotel, Pharmaceutical, Industrial, Food & Chemical production projects. I have also served as member Engineering Committee in various Hotel, Pharmaceutical, Hospital, Food and Chemical Process industry. I joined various organizations as Head of the Division, Chief Engineer, Production Manager, Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Procurement Manager and Technical Consultant. I have successfully handled a number of multi-million Dollar Projects involving Management and Production design actions, Selection and Procurement of plants, equipments and various machinery, etc.. Further these actions included Technical Project Management and large scale production process as well as facility designing, Installation, Operation, Maintenance and Quality Control Management and undertaking Calibrations and Validations including DQ, IQ, OQ &PQ. Also I have the expertise of procurement of diversified nature of machinery, equipment and commodities from both local as well as off-shore sources. I have also undertaken the responsibility of FAT and SAT both within country and at international level.

•Served as Technical Advisor for Production Facility designing & as Project Chief Engineer to Biological Production Division, NIH Islamabad, Pakistan for the Upgrading Process of Production Facility of Anti Snake venom setup as per latest GMP standards This included designing of HVAC system, Production equipments and machinery selection and designing, Equipment location as per Production Facility design including Material Flow and Personal Flow and all GMP related civil works such as Boilers, Water treatment plants, special epoxy flooring, HVAC, etc.

•Served as Technical Adviser on behalf of PHILIPS ELECTRICAL COMPANY, HOLLAND, for the designing, procurement and installation of liquid Nitrogen production plant at NIH, Islamabad, Pakistan.
