Zetek castings pvt Ltd established in 2004 is an IATF 16949:2016 Certified Company. It has a best die casting unit, Die Maintenance, Machining & Quality department. It Supplies to M/S BorgWarner, M/S Rane India, M/S Gates, M/S Nexteer, M/S Litens, M/S Ina bearing etc.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

New Project Development

PPAP Preparation & Sample Submission.

Preparing and control of Process Flow diagram.

Preparing and control of Control Plan

Implementation of new gauges in line to reduce inspection time

In - Process Quality

Planning, Evaluating & Establishing the Process Sequence, Fixture, Tooling & the Engineering Standards for Obtaining the Quality on the Product.

Frequently inspect incoming raw material like various aluminium alloy as per grade, coolant mixing ratio etc.,

Maintaining records and documents as per IATF 16949:2016

Preparing Work Instruction, quality alert & Implementing Poke-yoke in the process.

Daily to check the in process inspection reports, and To ensure despatch plan and prepare PDI report for that.

To give a product quality approval to production team for production start by Setup first off report

Daily to check rejection status & to analyzing rejection using QC tools like why?-why? analysis, cause & effect diagram,Etc.,

Improve the in process quality level to meet the PPM targets.

Key member of APQP team for the sourcing projects, responsible for the safe launch of new products from proto type phase, PPAP, pilot batch launch and start of production

Layout inspection for new product and co-ordinate with new product development team.

Prepare and conduct, monthly plan for product audit, process audit, Layout inspection according to quality system needs.

To prepare monthly SPC report for all component.

Daily report shop floor quality status to our manager & communicating to our operator, supervisor

Know basic knowledge in CMM

Air leak machines

Spectrometer and Balancing machine
