Team trainer on all stations on both employers.
My responsibility is to make sure each person is using iPads and following the correct ingredients in our recipes. To train others about how important sanitation is in the kitchen. And to fill positions when we are in the weeds. We maintain lower food cost by following procedure. I have been Servsafe certified for many years. Certified in Cold Prep/pizza/hot prep/pantry/expo/roller prep/grill/fry/Sautee. I have been in the kitchen for almost nine yrs.
EDUCATION
1989-1992Tyner high school/Chattanooga state community college. Electrical and HVAC.
AWARDS AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
I have received several awards and was able to go to different locations and train new employees. I have been Employee of the month three times here at Big River and at the Krystal co as well.. I have about sixty certificates on the Schoox program for training.
