Managed office on a daily basis, including customer service supervisor.
I helped grieving animal owners through very tough times.
I was in charge sales and had ongoing
communications with business partners (vets, pet hospitals etc).
It was my job to satisfy customers, keep the office organized and running smooth and efficiently among other management / office duties (supervised and answered phones, data input, customer service).
I also displayed animals for private viewings with flowers, candles, etc. I did everything in my power ease the pain of losing a beloved family member (dogs, cats, horses and many other animals).

Hired and recruited trainers, rehab specialists and volunteers. Made sure animals were ready for adoption by setting up grooming, vet visits, and training.
I also was in charge of acquiring food donations and general animal recovery and health services (medicine, prosthetics, general medical supplies).
We specialized in troubled and unhealthy animals (dog fighting, cancer, the elderly among many other animals that needed to be helped) to be rehabilitated. Found t homes when possible.
