Duties and responsibilities include:
Co-ordination of sustainability reports according to GRI standards
Maintenance and sustenance of third party SABS certification (ISO 9001,ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Management systems)
Preparing yearly internal audit schedule and audit specific programmes and carrying out SHEQ internal audits
Compilation of aspects register,co--ordination of aspect and impact assessment and implementation of controls
Daily SHEQ inspections, raising CARs,follow up and updating of the corrective action register(CAR)
Ensuring organization SHE Legal compliance(permits, licenses and inspections) and adherence to other SHE Statutory requirements
Coordinating accident and incident investigation(Environmental, Health and Safety)
