Responsibilities:

• To assist in effective implementation of the HSE plan, contribute to and support project team’s efforts, analyze activities, practices, HSE procedures and standards at site under the guidance / directions of Site HSELead.

• To achieve the project goals and assist the Site HSE Lead to ensure that work is safely been practiced.

• Inspection of unsafe acts and unsafe condition in the assigned area and report to Site HSELead. Conduct ToolBox Talks and ensure proper delivery of Task Instruction (TI) on daily basis by Area.

• Audits and inspection of work site.

• Implementation of fire prevention and fire protectionsystem.

• Ensures all safety equipment available in good condition atsite.

• Ensure first aid and fire facilities aremaintained.

• Power tools inspection.

• Prevention of falling hazard.

• Ensure that scaffolding in the assigned area is safe /inspected and report unsafe working platform.

• Implementation of procedures for Lifting Activity, Hot Work, Cold Work, Radiography and confined space entry permitsetc.

• Submit daily HSE observationsheet.

• Being an active Emergency Response Team Member participating the Emergency Evacuation Drills.
