As an administrative nurse the following are a list of my current job duties: organize and
monitor our Nutrition at Risk program-this includes monitoring weights, meal percentages,
snack consumption and weight loss/gain. Organize and monitor our Falls Program this,
includes monitoring falls, interventions and the reporting major injuries. Plan a schedule
for Restorative Nursing Assistants and morning monitor resident Restorative Programs that
the programs are being utilized to the best of our abilities. Monitor and assess our bowel
and bladder program for continent/incontinent episodes. Organize and carry out SRNA
training and certification which includes classes, clinicals and skills. Provide Hand In Hand
Demintia training and Paid Feeding Assistant certification. Help to organize and led full

to help maintain policy, procedures and infectious control. Assist with interviewing process,
the hiring process and termination process of employees. Prior to the above duties I was a
Floor Charge Nurse which included:passing medications, wound care and treatments,
