CARRIER OBJECTIVE:

Challenging position as a Hvac technician in reputed organization where my skills and experience in developing in utilize in renowned organization.

Core Competencies:

Deploys maintenance program such as preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, worker job level structure, manpower utilization and construction equipment required.

Carries out PPM for rotary equipment, including of monitoring various parameter and

carrying out visual check and provides feedback through reports.

Troubleshooting centrifugal, reciprocating pumps and compressor, and blowers.

Carries out corrective maintenance which includes assemble / dismantle the pumps and compressor, bearings and seal renewal and alignment correction.

Responsible for managing correct maintenance, installation and repair all mechanical

equipment’s.

Ensure clearance tolerance within capable limit using precision instruments such as vernier caliper, micrometer, feeler gauge, dial gauge, bore gauge.

Reciprocating Compressor:

Both suction valves loader and discharge valves from head, remove valves head. open all inspection door provided and loose the nut connects the cross head and piston rod.

Dismantle piston rings, plates, expander rings, wear band, and rod cylinder house with

crank case with distance piece.

Changing new one instead of damage parts, when assembling the following factors should be consider are main bearing thrust and radial clearance, connecting rod big end and small end pin clearance, rod run out, piston plate clearance, cylinder bore, bore surface clearance, piston end side clearance, oil tube condition, wiper packing clearance, free rotating and alignment.

Centrifugal Compressor:

Check the thrust clearance of the compressor shaft with thrust bearings head should be check that all oil line are dismantle.

Bearing housing cover and take care cover gasket for maintaining thrust bearings and thrust disc by removing of locknut, split journal bearing two side and mark which side is coming

Check the rotary any damage and check the wear rings clearance, rotary balancing and run out.

Assembling is the reverse procedure of dismantling following factor should be consider while and before assembling the rotor and run out.

Check the inter stage labyrinth clearance, check the seals are properly seated, bearinds clearance thrust and radial.

Pumps:

Servicing or centrifugal pump both horizontal and vertical mounted for seal leak, low fow rate and vibration

Alignment of pumps and prime mover both axial and radial

Replacing mechanical seal for pump cartridge type single and double seal, pusher and non-pusher seal.

Servicing of gear box (spur and worm) of various fan and blower.

Bearing, coupling replacement

Blade angle and bearing inspection and replacement.

We take the diagram from the architect & first we prepare the heat load calculation for each floor/area.

Based on CFMs as per consultant/client requirements we select Grills/ Diffusers then distributing the cfm.

Preparing the chiller plant room with sectional details

As per site condition we have to prepare the chiller and pump location.

We have to prepare chilled water pipe routing with pipe sizes and valve locations.
