TITLE: UAV WITH MAGLEV ASSISTED TAKEOFF AND LANDING. Project description:

For recent year is due to more population density, there is a needed to decrease a runway length in future. Hence in this project we are trying to reduce the runway length by using magnetic levitation technology. Due to the advantage of reducing the friction between the runway and landing gear, it is possible on takeoff an aircraft and lands in short way. In this project instead of fabricating a large aircraft we are planning to fabricate a small unmanned aerial vehicle having motor powered propulsion mechanism with a float landing gear by avoiding conventional landing gear. The use of float landing gear may reduce the conventional the landing gear weight, and this project aims to reduce the takeoff and landing time.
