Working with M/S Bestpack Limited Tanzania. Since Oct 2020 to till date as Shift Manager Operation Department (Maintenance, Utility, Production and Project).

Working with M/S Manjushree Technopack Limited Baddi. Since July 2016 to Sep 2020 as Engineer in Engineering Department (Maintenance, Utility and Project).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Operation Excellence:-

Creation and implement best operation practices, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.

Operation and maintenance of ASB machines.

Oversee operational cost, risk and audit activities.

Develop productive, profitable and achievement oriented working environment.

Develop a system for scrap management.

Optimization of manpower as per production requirement.

Maintenance Activities & Documentation:-

Creation and implement best maintenance practices, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.

Develop a preventative maintenance schedule, ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out, plan for missed maintenance activities, and lead the team to deliver effectively.

Develop SOPs for operation & maintenance.

Ensuring Implementation of SOPs.

Prioritize the maintenance and repairs of company equipment and parts.

Ensure efficient repair schedules and review repair cost estimates.

Ensure proper operation & documentation of Utility Equipment’s & Machines such as Cooling Towers, Chillers, HP & LP Air Compressors, Electrical Equipment, 33/11 KV substation, 11/.433 KV substation etc.

Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems by 5 Y, fish bone and other tool.

Report on achievement of targets and identify any actions required.

Monitor the completion of tasks and ensure good performance and record on appropriate systems.

Prepared complete MIS report and presentation for the month activity.

Statutory Compliances and Audit:-

Update the list of statutory compliances and prepared schedule for its.

Audit and ensure compliance of the engineering data systems.

Successful audit completion such as ISO, FSSC, Sedex and customer audits.

Produce written reports and make presentations.

AMC /CMC Management, Vendor & Contractor Management:-

Ensure all CMC/AMC are done on times & schedule

Schedule both internal and external works maximizing planned down time and reducing unplanned downtime.

Coordinate work performed by outside vendors/contractors

Manage contractors on site to ensure they meet legal and company requirements.

Liaise and communicate with other departments, customers, suppliers and other service providers.

Spares Management & Budgets:-

Identification of Spares Required, Indenting and follow-up for procurement. Control and monitor inventory. Ensure availability of required spares.

Prepare the annual Maintenance budget and forecasts and all Capital Expenditure proposals as well as ensuring compliance with legal standards. Manage the budget from identification to completion of projects.

Power/Cost Saving:-

Identify the areas where power/Cost saving can be achieved & prepare detailed report showing cost benefit analysis.

Implement energy/general cost saving initiatives.

EHS:-

Project:-

Project Planning.

Project mapping through Bar Chart, pert charts and other graphs.

Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.

Maintains project database.

Erection & commissioning of utilities such as Cooling Towers, Chilling Plant, Compressors, RO Plant, Machines, Fire hydrant etc.

Erection & Commissioning of Utility pipelines as per machines requirement.

Erection & Commissioning of Electrical panel.

Erection & Commissioning of Earth Pits, Cable tray, Cable Laying, Earth strip laying etc.

Erection & commissioning of transformer and DG Sets.

Prepare Daily project report and discuss with project manager.

Support Project Manager with mechanical project establishment and closeout.

Prepare BOQ and project executions.

Coordinate work performed by contractor.

Develop and review of complex mechanical project calculations.

Prepare reports and study existing technical information clearly and precisely to attain client requirements.

Guide project installation and commissioning on final load testing.

Bill checking & review as per BOQ & measurements.
