Main Duties
>Tendering, Pricing and preparation of BOQs
>Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines
> Inspect and review the project to monitor compliance with building and quality standards, and other regulations
> Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers
> Prepare cost reports and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with Architects,
> Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods
>Prepare and submit budget estimates and progress and cost tracking reports.
>Take actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction site.
> Confer with supervisory personnel, to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems
> Site Overseeing and coordination, Material Procurement, Interim Claims, Handling Variation Orders, Cash flow projection, liaising with the PQS, cost controlling, Budgeting, Handling pay rolls, Payment certificates for Subcontractors and Site meetings and Quality Control
