Summary
"The best way to manage, is to lead."
My career is built on experience and determination. Fuelled by curiosity, creativity, discipline and focus. Having been a Leader/Manager in various disciplines, with a key focus on Brand Management, I have solid background in Business Administration, Change management, Operation management, and Project management. I have also spent quite sometime in Logistics and Fleet management. These have all guided me at being a better Brand Manager. Being an Analyst at heart and thinking creatively being 2nd nature, I aims to make decisions with my head and not just my intuition. But being an Analyst is far from being a robot. The Intuitive personality trait energises my imagination, helps me to come up with creative strategies and motivates me to explore things more deeply – whether that’s an intellectual pursuit, a new interest, or even a crazy scheme or thought experiment. My ability as a Leader/Manager, can be seen in turning creative thinking into practical results, very often thinking out of the box, while using the box as a foundation and at times, laying down a creative practical application as the new foundation.
My personality is type ENTJ-A: (https://www.16personalities.com/entj-personality) Efficient, Energetic, Self-Confident, Strategic Thinker, Charismatic, Inspiring and Strong-Willed. I have a good track record as a loyal and dependable individual. I enjoy taking on challenges and achieving directives. Those that know me have described me as a level headed, creative and driven individual. Experience
