To store verified academic certificates of candidates in a cloud based system and provide controlled access based on user identity.

Instead of using the hard certificates, using the certificates in cloud storage for joining in higher education.

The main users of the particular web app will be State/Central Board of Secondary Education, schools, colleges, organizations and candidates
