Manpower Handling And Achieving Production targets.

To Execute Production activities carrying as per planned in shift as per production schedule.

Complete production documents daily as per shift - (BPR, ECR, Equipment logbook, Cleaning & Calibration Records)

To supervise production activities by maintaining GMP, following SOPs during process operation and safety standards.

To carry online process monitoring and do necessary entries in BMR at regular interval.

To ensure that product is manufacture with standard quality and quantity with in time.

Experience in finishing operations of bulk drugs and intermediates such as drying, milling and final packaging etc.

Operations of process like -Distillation,Filtration & Purification.

Knowledge of equipment handling like-GLR, SSR,Centrifuges.

Drier (TD,VTD&RCVD),Filters( Sparkler,leaf,Agitated Nutche&Nutche), Multimill,Sifter&Blender.

Co-ordination with Maintenance,Instrumentation and Q.C. Department.

Production activities involved distributing and monitoring activities,batch planning.

Maintain the plant & facility to meet current regularity requirements

Maintain the shop floor discipline and high morale in employee.

Daily scheduling and activity of total plant utilities with safety.
