Main duties and Achievements
Ensured organisational compliance to the Enterprise Risk policy manual for Masvingo Province by enforcing accountability at all levels.
Designed strategies to manage and minimise all loss incidences as well as disaster evacuation procedures by carrying constant security surveys and thorough risk assessments leading to the preservation of company assets and employee safety.
Was appointed Acting Enterprise Risk Officer for Eastern Region for a month and half 2 months after joining G.M.B and in the period I investigated a serious case of criminal abuse of office in the Bazley Bridge, Marange area leading to the recovery of various stolen agricultural inputs.
Crafted security strategies that ensured the Grain Marketing Board attains and maintains its mandate of maintaining the strategic grain reserve for the country of Zimbabwe by enforcing some abandoned procedures in grain preservation.
Introduced crime awareness programs in the province leading to a buy in by employees as a way to have an all stakeholder participation in crime reduction.
Presided over the smooth operational function of the security function covering Masvingo’ s six districts with a complement of eighty-two security guards re-trained security personnel, cashiers and clerks to be able to detect forged documents and counterfeit electronic payments and transfers.

Major achievement was an arrest of criminals which led to eleven cases being solved at once as well as recovery of three stolen luxury motor vehicles during a joint operation code named Jingle Bells that combined detectives from Zimbabwe, Botswana and S. Africa.
Recovered a motor vehicle in Mozambique that had been stolen from Wattle Company Nyanga, Zimbabwe during an armed robbery.
