February 2016- Till today: HR &Public Relation Officer, EMS EXPERTS FACILITIES MANAGEMENT For Construction & Educational (Institute, Private School -Abu Dhabi- Al Ain-Dubai- Sharjah).
Responsible for HR & Legal administration
Directly reporting to GM.
Shortlisting CVs and arranging interview schedules.
Complete administration of employee medical insurance.
Leave handling (Receiving and processing leave applications from employees)
Maintaining all staffs' attendance records.
Helping the payroll process (updating timesheets and obtaining necessary approvals and coordinating with accounts department)
Filing and updating all employees' personnel files in a timely manner.
Keeping all passports in tracks, updating, and maintaining in and out status.
Perform HR administrative and clerical functions (e.g., contracts, holidays, general work permit issues, memos, benefits administration etc.) and ensure effectiveness and accuracy in implementation and execution.
Maintain a strong and direct relationship with (ADEC, HAAD, DHA, DED, MOL, DNRD, E channel, Immigration, Civil Defence, police, prisons, courts, banks, Municipalities, customs, embassies, hospitals, Ports) All government and private departments in the GCC region to ensure a smooth business operation with these authorities.
Establishing and Renewal license (Schools, Clinic, Hospital, Commercial, LLC, free zone) companies, and achieving the shareholder requirement During the initial stages of setting conditions of incorporation, and ensure all license and certificates are valid all the time
Leasing and renewing company facilities agreement and reducing the rates depending on the market and RERA status.

Manage the visa checklist proactively manage the timely renewal of all Employment Visas and Labour Permits and Send employees a notification on documentation required prior to their visa/labour card expiring.

Coordinate with the HR Manager regarding processing and acquiring of all staff visas and labour cards.

Renew, update and keep up all workers and their dependents’ visas and work contracts on time to guarantee that the organization’s records are up to date in the labour and Immigration Departments. Send notification to employees on required documents before their visa expires.
Acquire visas from different Embassies in UAE for staff members for business related travels.
Assist in all general inquiries concerning labour and immigration matters.
Typing & issuing permits to use the public roads and the security clearances to enter the oil sites.
Processing visa and labour card document on U.A.E smart form web site programs (online visit visa –MOL system DMC system –DED -E-netwasal–Dubai chamber –health authority –ID – E channel – SECURITY DP etc.)
Manage all documents in relation to customs clearance and Coordinate with concerned regarding the shipment until delivery.
Assist the office in determining any issues identified with organization vehicle registration and renewals
To renew all company related licenses in a timely.
Representative the company at different offices like the ministry of Labour, Immigration Department Airport Embassies, Police Station, Ministries, Municipalities traffic and road engineering department and other Government Departments.
Translating all quotations to Arabic.
