As a PeopleSoft consultant, I am deeply rooted in PeopleSoft ELM, Oracle UPK with integrations to HCM and FMS. I have accumulated a variety of systems experiences and solutions, many in which are focused managing and developing full life cycle ERP software applications, implementations, and upgrades. Using Agile Manager in a Scrum formation, was responsible for the solutioning for current and future configuration and implementation of the largest installation of the PeopleSoft Enterprise Learning Management product with integration with HCM and Security Systems, Customer Relation Management and full-on Training and Help system integrations, testing and activation. ELM integrating with an equally robust HM system that includes the active U.S. Army, Reserves and National Guard. Compliance, Safety and IT training including the tracking of training and certifications for all U.S. Army, Reserves and National Guard. Initial rollout approximately 40K users in the pilot states with scheduled rolllouts to named States.. Guided training department and teams to create pre-UPK topics for new and revised business processes used by the training team for both in-application support help and actual training manuals.
