CMC/CBH Medical was a contracted vendor within the Ulster County Law Enforcement Center. They lost the contract to PrimeCare Medical in May 2019 and I transitioned into working with PrimeCare as the medical records clerk. Currently, we are using an electronic medical record charting system called COR (rather than the obsolete paper charts). Essentially the rest of what I am currently doing is listed below so it is not necessary for me to repeat.
