CMC/CBH Medical was a contracted vendor within the Ulster County Law Enforcement Center. They lost the contract to PrimeCare Medical in May 2019 and I transitioned into working with PrimeCare as the medical records clerk. Currently, we are using an electronic medical record charting system called COR (rather than the obsolete paper charts).
