Managing warehouse operations.

-Unpack, inspect package condition, and access paperwork send with return instruction.
-Process all customer returns within established time.
-Review income returns and determine if ok to restock after-market inventory.
-Retrieve an RMA (Return Material Authorization) from supplier to returns parts for charge back credit.
