Design of Hydraulic Gear pumps.
It is a positive displacement pump used to transfer the fluid by meshing of gears with fixed amount of fluid.
Concept design of Triple Tandem pumps
It is a gear pump. A series of gear pumps assembled in a same axis of the shaft.
Design of Hydraulic Gear Motors.
Hydraulic motors convert fluid pressure into rotary motion.
Concept Design of Pressure relief valve, Anti cavitation valve and check valve for Hydraulic motor.
Pressure relief valve is a safety valve. When the pressure increases in the hydraulic system PVR operates at the certain pressure and fluid will connect into tank line.
Concept Design of 6/3 Directional control valve. Directional control valves allow fluid flow into different paths. DCVs will consist of a spool inside a cylinder which is manually operated.
