Huawei Technologies SA Ltd: Won Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) Contract in 2015. Contract was approved in Shenzhen, with the Boston Consulting Group (China) and procurement team of Huawei. Due to excellent project performance, contract has been consistently renewed for the past 5 years.
American Embassy Contract; Won Competitive bid for the project work in the Residence of the Ambassador and Deputy Ambassador of the USA to Ghana. Project was completed within budget and superior quality, with no additional costs added to client despite project variations.
Spearheaded the formation of Homeowners Association for the Flagship Real Estate Development of UT Properties and maintained it as one of the best mid-end 110 housing estates in Ghana.

Transaction, Asset and Facilities Manager of erstwhile UT Bank branches, UT Logistics and UT Holdings. These comprised of A-Grade 10-storey, 4-storey and multiple multi-storey offices nationwide with approximate gross leasable areas of 25,000 square meters.
Directed the Asset and Facilities Management Vodafone Head office in Ghana 8-storey office building in Airport City measuring circa 4,300 square metres.
Executed and monitored contracts and service level agreements with third party service providers. These services covered Hard Services such as Heating Ventilation and Cooling Systems, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing services, Fire Fighting and safety equipments, fleet management.
I managed the sourcing and service delivery for soft facilities management services including Janitorial, Pest disinfestation, Air Quality Checks, Churnings, Workspace optimization, leasing and asset management, IT data rooms etc.
