Jam bilingual, being fluent in both Spanish and English. Having spent 22 years in customer service I gained

excellent customer service skills. My background in science and teaching has helped me develop critical thinking skills to

resolve any issues that may arise. Working with students has taught me to be patient and to effectively communicate with

individuals. I returned to the workforce in 2000 after being a stay-at-home mother and have enjoyed interacting with

people and helping them with their needs by listening and problem solving. In my free time I enjoy reading, learning new
