Extracurricular Activities Coordinator: Responsibilities included but not limited to, organizing various student-oriented clubs such as student newspaper, drama club and book club. Also held the position of Academic Coordinator for the academic year 2011/2012, 2016/2017, 2017/2018 As an Academic Coordinator during the year 2011/2012 my team included 20-25 teachers who depended on me for verifying student results, providing lesson plans, and conducting in-class teacher observations. My responsibilities also included bi-monthly assessments. I was also required to design a marking rubric which is still used in all writing and speaking assessments. The Academic Coordinator role for the year 2017/2018 expanded to checking CMAs (Course Marks and Attendance records) on a weekly basis for the members of my team as well as conducting training on various matters which include but were not limited to different standardization training sessions. My responsibilities also included creating a rubric for all speaking assessments that are currently implemented at the Language Institute.

As a bilingual member of the ELI management staff, I was assigned various translation tasks. My translation duties included but were not limited to translating updated rules and regulations pertaining to staff as well as the student body.

• 2018 - 2019: Academic Manager for General English: As Academic Manager I oversaw the management of all academic affairs related to courses being taught for General English. My team consisted of 10 Academic Coordinators as well as 137 teachers. I was required to oversee all academic related issues which included but were not limited to, the design and administration of all assessments as well as classroom observation. I was required to design course syllabi that coincided with the overall university vision. I was also required to create a teaching schedule that correlated with the demands of the various faculties our 5300 students belong to.

• 2011- 2018: English Language Teacher:

Princess Noura University requires all faculty members to teach as well as maintain an administrative role thus, I taught various English courses (ESL) as well as assuming all the administrative roles required of me.
