I am a millwright by trade and have served in the military as an engineman as well as a skilled carpenter. I am knowledgeable, able to work long hours, work well within the team and am a problem solver. I have had a Public Trust Clearance, Osha 10 and was getting certified every year for heavy equipment operation. Overhaul of gas and steam turbines (Seimans, Murray, GE, Mitsubishi, Terry, Westinghouse, Alstom, etc.) - (check all clearances with precision measuring tools, change out all bad components with new components then alignment is checked) Overhaul reciprocal Compressors - (check clearances and replace any worn parts as above)

Frame 5 and 7 turbines and all associated equipment (tear apart shell, get to inner components to check clearances and rebuild/replace parts as necessary) Built GE Frame #3 Model 3003 (from the initial import of parts to actual start up of the turbine)

Completed overhaul and outages on ABB24E's (transformer in switchyard), 11Ns

(Alstom turbine), and G.T.s (Alstom) turbine’s in refineries and power plants using the same process as Frame 5 and 7’s

Overhaul of wet gas compressors (oil refineries - large turbines) Valve inspections/repairs - tear valve apart, check valve seat and repair as need (lapping and repair for 100% contact)

Rigging of major lifts/pulling valves/pumps/rotors - ground crew rigging the actual load based upon the weight/dimensions and destination (assembled team/assembled chokers/shackles/etc/taping area). Flagged load in to required spot. Visual contact for crane operator

Hot gas path (change fuel nozzles, lines, transition pieces, basically change out all parts based upon specs)
