● Project implementation: Coordinated the Project Design and Management Workshop for 56 teachers of secondary schools in southern Kyrgyzstan. Assisted in organising and leading the annual Youth Leadership Camp together with US Peace Corps Volunteers. Implemented the annual People's Friendship Festival and art-competition among 1200 school students of Osh and Jalalabad regions.

● Administrative support: Provided administrative support to OSCE education liaison officers from Moldova and Latvia. Prepared and assisted in conducting trainings, workshops, and seminars on second language methodology for teachers and students in southern Kyrgyzstan. Submitted monthly project monitoring reports to the office of the OSCE High Commissioner on National Minorities. Conducted monitoring and evaluation of the project's focus-groups.
