RE: WIL/INDUSTRY EXPOSURE
24 August 2021
Tshwane University of Technology is involved with the upliftment of students by means of Industry Exposure during the final academic year of their studies, an opportunity to be exposed to real work situation. During this period the student has to do a practical project that will add value to the organization.TUT staff together and the organization will evaluate the project during the period. Students earnestly require further training (a minimum of six months) to enhance and sharpen their expertise and knowledge thus your involvement with their training would give the chance to prove to you that they are able to be of benefit to you and your organization. The risks associated with hiring new staff are removed when employing a person whom is not only known but also tried and proven. Personal development and motivation are enhanced, leading to improved academic performance. Remuneration arrangements are entirely between the student and the organization. References of organizations that are part of our Industry Exposure Program are available on request.
This letter is my personal recommendation for M.A Mabogwane that until just recently, I have been Mabogwane’s Communication Networks Lecturer for almost two years. I found her to be consistently pleasant, tackling entire tasks given to her with dedication and full commitment. She is intelligent in a way that she is capable of working as individual and also team member. Again, I have observed Mabogwane over the past several months and during that time she has consistently impressed me with both her technical (configuration of internetworking devices such as routers, switches, servers and etc) and leadership skills (communication, self-esteem and etc). It is because of her performance and professionalism that I request your company on her behalf to provide her with Industry Exposure, that she may advance her career at National and International level. I am happy to act as the reference for Mabogwane and I can speak to her student ethics, communication and leadership skills. I believe, this lady would be an asset to any organization and I gladly give her my wholehearted endorsement. STUDENT NAME: Ms. MA Mabogwane
STUDENT NUMBER: 215733378 (ND IT: Communication Networks Specialization) Your co-operation is highly valued.
