(HSSE) in the development and implementation of HSSE Management System and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

PROFILE :

A progressive career to date, which has provided a well developed working knowledge of Health Safety & Environment as I usually assimilate in different environment quite easily.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

•Work as a Sales Personnel and a Store keeper from June -1998 to December- 2004 for a period of 6years Diamond Foods co. Ltd at Ghana- Accra .

•Work as a Store keeper from March -2005 to October- 2008 for a period of 3years in Afredus ventures in Ghana - Accra.

•Work as a Store keeper and Supervisor of House keeping from January -2009 to August -2011 for a period of 2 years in Etqan catering service in Libya-North Africa in off shore oil companies Zueitina 103 A, Repsor Akakus El-sharah and Winter shall.

•Worked as a Health Safety & Environment Assistant Officeer to Junior Safety Officer from 31st March 2014 to 30th March 2016 for a period of 2years in Midmac Construction Contracting Company W.L.L at Qatar- Doha. RESPONSIBILITIES:

•As a Store keeper I do receiving the goods that the company has being importing by means of counting the goods before packed to the cold room, as well as check the quality of the goods and its production date and the expiration date. In a Store keeping controlling of the stock by means of introduce first in first out system

I always received an invoice from the customer issue by casher with a paid stamp on it before supplying the goods out. At the end of every month I preparing of report of the goods received and the goods that are sold out and the balance left as stock taking at hand.

. As a store keeper in catering services in sahara desert I do prepared store requisition for 45days of all kinds of cooking ingredient according to the recipes of menu to prepared . Requisition of cleaning materials,mineral water, soft drinks, and juice according to the same days. I do prepared monthly report of the material being used for the month and known the buffer stock the next 15 days ahead. Al ways to make sure that every where is clean and controlling of the stock by first in first out service check expired goods out of the stock and always has to be ready inspections.

• As sales personnel I move to market and places to look for customers that the goods can be delivered to their door steps especially restaurants, Hotels and Quantity buyers . After sales preparing account of the goods that are being sold out and submit the cash to the casher and the remaining gods left hand over to the storekeeper.

As Health Safety & Environment Junior Officer my responsibilities are;

Delivered safety induction training, Tools Box Talks, Fire fighting training to the new workers .

Daily inspection of all safety equipment (such as fire extinguisher, Webbing Sling, Shackles,Cranes, Man Lift, Fork Lift, Safety Harness &PPE).

Monitored strict compliance of Permit to Work system at work site &explain the importance of the Permit to work the workers and Foreman

Carried out ( Risk Assessment Activity) for the specially category job & provided it the supervisor along with the work permit.

Made arrangement for the marking of shutdown Assembly Point Area, Smoking Shelter & displaying safety slogans, banners at the conspicuous locations.

Organize Safety Enhancement Scheme for the motivation of the workers & distributed various prizes to the workers.

Ensured availability of the Fire Fighting Extinguishers wherever necessary & trained workers for the fire fighting.

Prepared near miss incidents report statics & maintained the records of the first aid case.

Monitored critical activities on the site & corrected the unsafe practices followed by the workers .

Conducted Fire Mock Drill and trained the workers for the Emergency Evacuation Procedure after hearing the emergency siren & Conducted head counting of the workers assembled at the assembly point area.

Provide help to work force in maintaining good housekeeping & proper waste disposal.
