Duties and Responsibilities Held (HSE career)
o Manage the HSE Management System of the organization and effective implementation through proper communication to all segments of the company. o Prepare HSE Policy, Plans, and Procedures of the company and review periodically as per the changes in work environment and local legislations and global best practices.
o Documentation of all relevant HSE chapters and assist the company representatives in fulfilling the requisites for all processes pertaining to the business.
o To monitor the HSE standards of the company at workplace by all contractors and ensure compliance of safety working conditions and acts by all personnel including subcontractors.
o Evaluate the periodical HSE performance based on KPI’s and trend analysis and report
to concerned staff of management for corrective actions and maintenance. o Conduct HSE inspections on workplaces, welfare facilities, camps, security posts, as required by the contract documents and conditions in lines with the statutory requisites.
o Conduct environmental inspections and prepare reports for non- conformities and violations to enable immediate corrective actions. o Evaluate the requirements of HSE materials, procure and conduct PPE inspections at workplaces for company personnel.
o Conduct safety audits, surveys, tours and review programmes as per requirements and safety data analysis.
o Conduct inspections of lifting gears and lifting operations, excavations, confined space, integrity of guardrails, lifting equipments, stores, offices, yards, work platforms like scaffolds / ladders/MEWPs, fall protection systems, lifeline, COSHH stores, critical installations, mobile plants, gas bottle stores, flammable storages, traffic management, signage management and checking of vehicle / operator documents.
o Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of policy implementation and advice the management on the changes required.
o Investigating all incidents, near miss and preparing lessons learnt for wide communication whilst reporting all incidents without fail to the concerned.
o Suspend of stop works for gross negligence’s to HSE requirements and for life threatening situations.

o Conduct special HSE trainings to defaulters and the new employees focusing on their job trade and prepare training programmes effectively.
