• Worked recently as an expert to train entrepreneurs in the field of medicinal plant cultivation in an entrepreneurship training programme sponsored by M.P. government at chhatterpur, M.P.

• Worked as Consultant and advisor on MAP genetic resources (medicinal plant genetic resources) and Indian traditional medicine systems in World Health Organization((WHO) programme benched at NISTADS, New Delhi.

• Worked as Research Coordinator, plant genetic resources specially vegetables in Nuziveedu Seeds Ltd. New Delhi, India.

• Worked as freelance scientist associated with ABA (Agri Business Associates Ltd.) in the area of MAP (Medicinal and Aromatic Plants) biodiversity.

Worked as Senior Research Fellow in the project on plant growth promoting rhizobacteria at G.B. Pant University, Pantnagar.

Worked as a Botanist for a very short period of one-month during 1991 at the ending stage of AYS-CAPART project on medicinal plants under Department of Science and Technology, New Delhi, Govt. of India.

Worked as an honorary member of the governing council of Council for Advances in BioResearch, Lucknow (India) and assignment was on planning, promotion and coordination work related to environmental programme.

Carried out studies on heavy metal water pollution and its impact assessment related to biomass and yield of certain aquatic and vegetable cash crops around polluting sites of Kanpur District (Honorary Work).

Carried out studies on the effects of chromium on wheat and maize for five years, which later on became the part of my Ph.D. thesis.
