Motivation:
An enthusiastic, adaptive and fast-learning person with a broad and acute interest in critical respiratory care, risk management, quality improvement, clinical research. My work placement at King Fahad Medical City in Riyadh since 2010 reinforced my experience skills in respiratory care, critical care, quality project and clinical research, clinical education. Moreover, I was able to experience clinical practice with many patients admitted in PICU or NICU, AICU. My primary role as Head of the respiratory section is to manage the patient on mechanical ventilation, give respiratory care to the critical patient, and monitor the respiratory therapist senior and staff through working hours. This experience helped me to develop relevant skills in leadership and managing my time effectively.
