AT&T Entertainment Group E2E Testing & Triage (AMDOCS) (Aug 2016 – Nov 2020)

Description: AT&T Entertainment Group partnered Amdocs to transform its legacy systems to Amdocs product suite consisting of CRM (Customer Relationship Management), OMS (Order Management System) & Enabler (Amdocs Billing System).AT&T Uverse provides services such as IPTV, HSIA, VOIP, DTV, AT&T TV NOW (Online Streaming) and other Mobile Wireless Services.

Responsibilities:

•Working on Smoke Test/End to End Testing, New Functionality Scenarios.

•Working on different GUI like CRM, OMS, OPUS, MyAT&T Web Portal to complete the Wireless and wire-line flow and Directv flow.

•Investigating/Triaging the defect by fetching the relevant XML API Req/Res and Logs prior to any type of defect assignment and analyzing them in detail.

•Conducting meeting/working sessions with external teams to find out the root cause and getting resolution of the issue ASAP.

•Created automation script for automated reporting of the Agile reports to the leadership.

•Part of the AEG Triage & Defect Management Team where we began managing defects for their whole life-cycle in addition to testing duties.

Description: AT&T Care and Delivery – UAT was about maintaining quality for the CRM application and testing on client requirements to deliver the best quality product.

Responsibilities:

•Involved in User Acceptance Testing on Amdocs BSS Applications (CRM and OMS).

•Worked closely with AT&T Clients on-site (USA) on New Functionality projects and test planning and test cases creation.

AT&T Training Env Management (AMDOCS) (Dec 2019 – Nov 2020)

Description: AT&T Training Environment Management was about maintaining the Test Env by ensuring its quality and stability. The Training Environment is used by the new on-board testers of AT&T so they can practice and learn about the CRM and OMS applications.

Responsibilities:

•Worked as ‘Point of contact’ in managing the TRN Env as ‘Environment owner’ which is used by AT&T Trainers at onsite (USA).

•Worked closely with AT&T Clients (USA), to understand the requirements and the Trainers perspective.

•Participating in weekly status calls with clients to update them about the progress.

•Working on Env configuration setup and closely working with Env management (infra) team.
