Vocational tanning in NTPC SHAKTINAGAR (POWER PLANT). In this training period I have learn in about power plant. And several types of work . Types of sensor and its maintenance. And some types of safety in C&I Dept. and importance of C & I Dept.

Installation and testing of field equipment. Like RTD,THERMOCOUPLE,FLAME SCANNER,TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER etc.

Knowledge of SIEMENS SIMATIC S7 300 PLC .

Maintenance of MOVs (make auma, limit torque and rotork). Pneumatic actuator (Mill, ABB, Siemens), Gate and damper,burner tilt,power cylinder and solenoids.

Maintenance of instruments associated with SADC,GRAVIMATRICFEEDER(BHEL make).

Conduct regular troubleshooting and root cause analysis of failure of field instruments.

Maintenance of field instrument of BFP,CEP,ID,FD,PA,SACNNER,COAL MILL.

Maintenance of 3*660 plant UPS HBL & Emerson make battery bank.

Calibration of instrument.(pressure switch,level sensor, pressure gauge,pressure switch,gravimetric coal feeder, smart positioner,co2 analyzer.

Manage of man power.

Installation of turbine sensor in shutdown activities.

Carry out preventive, breakdown / scheduled unscheduled maintenance of machinery & all utilities and can reduce the breakdown time.

Working with different types of sensor likes Temperature sensor, proximity sensors, position.

Responsibility of proper working of Temperature & Pressure switch, RTD, Thermocouple, all types Transmitter maintenance & calibration work.

Maintenance & Calibration of Smart Positioner Control Valve, Maintenance & Calibration of MOV, SOV, Pneumatic Valves, gauge calibration, transmitter calibration work, DS System Maintenance Work.

Work on actuator (single and double acting ) and repairing.

And advanced planning of work .
