• Providing a high quality, customer driven service by pro-actively identifying and addressing customer needs in order to assist Egypt Post in the achievement of its plan.
• Assisting all customer types covering premier, advance, mass and commercial transactions.
• Making all cash deposit and withdrawal transactions.
• Making instant money transfers and determine percentage of commission according to rules.
• Providing a personalized, friendly and efficient cashiering service.
• Counting money carefully in every transaction when received or delivered to customers and discover faked money.
• Being alert to customers who visit the post office for the first time and those who execute small transactions and advise him.
• Achieving kind of balance in cash during work by delivering and requesting money from head treasury in post office.
• Working according to Egypt post policy and regulations to get a satisfactory audit report.
• At end of day I print reports such as case of box, saving account report, golden account report, silver account report, POS machine report etc. and deliver them to internal auditor, then stripe my box.
