WORK HISTORY
1.LeLaw Barristers & Solicitors: Legal Associate/HR Assistant (2021-present)
I perform company secretarial duties which include drafting notices, handling correspondences, attending Board/Committee meetings, drafting reports and minutes of meetings for corporate entities;
I participate in team-research for advisory services to multinational corporations;
I play active role in evaluating legal compliance on matters relating to employment law and industrial relations, Intellectual Property Law (IPL) and Real Estate practices.
I maintain good working environment for employees by making sure all important facilities and services are functioning properly;
I communicate employees’ needs and HR-related information to the management for prompt actions towards ensuring seamless performance of duties; and
I research and write Articles for publication.

2.TLP SOLICITORS: Junior Associate (NYSC) (2019-2020)
I handled diverse probate assignments which culminated in grant of Probate and Letters of Administration;
I handled Corporate Affairs Commission related works (particularly pre-incorporation matters);
I appeared and co-appeared as Counsel at Court hearings at the level of Magistrate Court, State High Court, Family Court and National Industrial Court;
I prepared legal documents to wit:- Originating processes, Pleadings, Petitions, MoU, e.t.c.;
I conducted legal research during collaborative tasks with senior associates on various subject matters to develop strategies and arguments for cases;
I conducted client interviews and also did some administrative work like taking briefs, filings, record analysis e.t.c.
3.Global Mega Spelling Bee Initiative: Vice-Chairperson (2017-2019)
I served as second-in-command to the Chairman regarding decision making and leading the strategic goals of the Initiative;
I initiated, developed and drafted the governing rules, policies and relevant documents of the organization, subject to ratification by the Board; and
I represented the Organization at meetings to negotiate terms with prospective sponsors, members of the board and other relevant figures.
4.Golden Bridge College: Bursar/Financial Administrator (2011-2012)
I managed funds receivable and payable to the organization;
I prepared financial reports per academic terms and sessions;
I issued demand notes and requisite notices.
