Customer Service Associate/Sous Assistant

As a Sous Assistant with Compass Group my primary role is to assist the sous chef as well as the executive chef with all needs that they have in the morning preparation for the Pepsi corporate kitchen to function smoothly throughout the day. After preparation for the entire day is completed in the morning, my role is to then set up and prepare my workstation, which is the Flix Delicatessen at the Pepsi corporate Cafe, for the day. After setup has been completed my role then entails preparing orders made by Pepsi employees during their lunch break to their specifications and satisfaction providing the utmost in hospitality and dining service. After the lunch shift my role entails the proper sanitization and breakdown of my workstation and assisting the Sous and Executive chefs with preparation for the following day.
• Unfortunately, due to the economic impact of Covid-19 PepsiCo in following CDC guidelines has decided to keep 1100 Reynolds Blvd employees on a remote work schedule, subsequently eliminating my position in the Corporate Kitchen. I genuinely enjoyed every minute with Customers, Coworkers, and Management during my tenure with Compass Group/ FLIX in the Pepsi Cafe.

Unfortunately The Pig went out of business, yet my time with this humble organization ignited a passion for the intricacies of event planning, event promotion, and the gratification of seeing an event I had a pivotal role in planning come to successful fruition.
