In this process, as administrator and assistant of the Mi Refugio farm in which I am a co-owner, it is my responsibility to ensure the proper functioning of the farm, as well as all the staff who work there, within all these activities my main objectives so far have been:
• Be responsible for the commercialization of agricultural products and the manufacture and final handling of the products to sell them in the markets.
• Decision making in the purchase and sale of seeds, crops, machinery, livestock and fertilizers, among others.
• Hire workers, including temporary or contract workers, just to help out during peak times.
