Overall strategic leadership on Farm management and day to day operational management vegetable production including planning, seeding, planting, weeding, fertilizing, maintaining soil health, pest control, harvesting, post harvest processing etc.

Planning and execution of contingency expenses for farm infrastructure development including facility creation.

Coordinating social livelihood development activities over 13 districts of West Bengal under Rural Biotechnology programme of Bose Institute.

Key member of the rural strategy & change management team working to ensure consistency and connection between operational and strategic projects.

Expertise hand in micro propagation of Plant Tissue culture of Orchids plants.

Responsible for maintaining the Poly House culture for highly valuable horticultural crops like capsicum, Strawberry and lots of exotic vegetables like Lettuce, Celery, Leek, Bunching onion, Brussels sprouts, Zucchini, Pok choy etc. Training organized:

More than 50 nos. of hands-on training programs have organized since 2009for the skill development of rural people on “Mushroom cultivation, Vermicompost production, Sericulture and Apiculture, Rain water harvesting, Pisciculture” etc. under my supervision at Bose Institute, Falta Experimental Farm as well as onsite within the village.

Rural developmental activity:

Since 2012, I am directly involved with a DST sponsored Project “ST-Specific Rural Biotechnology Programme” through Bose Institute for the development of socio- economic status of Scheduled Tribe people in different villages covering 13 districts of West Bengal such as Birbhum, Purba-Barddhaman, Bankura, Purulia, Paschim Midnapore, Jhargram, Nadia, Murshidabad, Hooghly, North 24 pgs, Sundarban area of South -24 Parganas etc. There are 51 nos. of NGOs are working under this programme and it has spread over more than 160 villages in West Bengal. M. Sc in Biotechnology (2006 -2008) under Vidyasagar university with 1st class(71.66%). B. Sc. in Biotechnology (Honours) during 2003-2006 under The University of Burdwan with 58.7%. Higher Secondary ( 2001-2003) under WBCHSE with 57.9%. Madhyamik in 2001 under WBBSE with 76%.
